Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency, as appropriate.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.


Shipping And Handling
All items are sent by either Royal mail recorded deliverynext (if under 1kg) or Parcelforce Worldwide 48Hrs (if over 1kg) to Mainland UK addresses, or on an alternative service if you are outside this area.

When you sign for your consignment, please check the box is undamaged - if there is damage to the box, sign for the articles as "damaged packaging, contents uninspected" - if you have to hand write this on the receipt, do.


Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you as soon as we download it . Despatch is dependant on stock, but if an item is out of stock we will endeavour to inform you.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer, in our store. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We reserve the right to repair or replace any item which can be shown to exhibit a fault in manufacture or which makes it unsuitable for sale in any other way. We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund in other circumstances, as allowed under English Law. All transactions on this website are subject to English Law.

All items are paid for at time of order unless we are shipping outside the UK, in which case we ask you to contact us so that we can confirm the shipping cost to you, or if the items are not in stock, when we will offer the option of cancellation.
